A. | No, participation in the conference is free of charge. |
Q3. | Who is eligible to attend the conference? |
A. | Anyone interested in satellite applications and the space industry—including government agencies, corporations, research institutions, academia, and the general public—is welcome to participate. |
Q4. | Is on-site registration available on the day of the event? |
A. | On-site registration will be available by scanning a QR code at the venue and entering your personal information. However, we strongly recommend pre-registration for smooth event management. |
Q5. | Will presentation materials or videos be shared after the event? |
A. | Presentation handouts will be provided in printed form to participants at the event. Please note that, due to copyright and other restrictions, the soft-copies or files will not be distributed. We kindly ask for your understanding. |
Q6. | How can I apply for a booth? |
A. | Organizations and companies wishing to exhibit can apply online through the [Booth Registation] section.
Booth types: Standard Booth (3m x 3m) / Independent Booth (6m x 3m or 6m x 6m)
Standard Booth includes: Company logo signboard, booth table, 2 standard chairs, and a dual-socket power strip (free of charge). Additional design and optional items are available in the brochure with extra charge.
If you require multiple standard booths, please contact the Secretariat directly.
For independent booths, please refer to the brochure for design, customization options and costs.

A. | The full schedule, speaker lineup, and exhibition layout will be announced via the official website and email prior to the event. |
Q8. | Is parking available at the venue? |
A. | Parking at the COEX Magok Convention Center is available on a paid basis. As parking fees will not be reimbursed, we recommend to use public transportation. Please refer to the [Directions] page for directions. ![]() |
